A tentative agreement for 2007-2008
The Florida Community College at Jacksonville (FCCJ) and the Florida Community College Faculty Federation (FCCFF) negotiators reached tentative agreement on a new Collective Bargaining Agreement effective through August 2009. All faculty and professional employees in the bargaining unit are now entitled to vote on its acceptance or rejection.
FCCFF has set July 14 through 29, 2003 as the dates for the bargaining unit ratification vote count. If you vote “yes” (to ratify), then the new Agreement provisions will take effect. If you vote “no” the FCCJ and FCCFF negotiators must return to the bargaining table to negotiate another agreement. The FCCFF bargaining team urges you to vote “yes” on this new Agreement.
